The Copy Centers Upgrades Xerox DocuColor 40 to DocuColor 2045

SYRACUSE, NY, October 10, 2000 - - The Copy Centers is constantly striving to enhance turnaround time and quality output for customer print jobs. The Copy Centers is pleased to announce that we have upgraded our Xerox® DocuColor 40 digital color printer to an enhanced version, the DocuColor 2045. The upgrade increases print speed from 40 pages per minute (ppm) with the DocuColor 40 to 45 ppm with the DocuColor 2045 at 600dpi x 600dpi x 8-bit color depth. Along with increased productivity, the DocuColor 2045 also offer other features to enhance flexiability and usability.

Enhanced features of the DocuColor 2045 includes easy-to-use interface, support for PostScript® Level 3, greater networkability, and faster RIP speed, and greater stock capability. These features greatly provide for better usability and streamlines digital printing workflow. This translates to reduced RIP time and greater support for customer files without the sacrifice of print speed and print quality.
