SYRACUSE, NY, November 8, 2001 - - In an effort to meet increasing requests for FedEx® shipping service, The Copy Centers has established a relationship with FedEx and has become an authorized FedEx shipping center. Although offering UPS® shipping service for the past decade, The Copy Centers recently found themselves with customers requesting FedEx delivery service or a diversity in carrier selection. We feel the requests probably stem from either the customers' preference for FedEx or the desire to have the ability to compare pricing between carriers.

To satisfy our customers, The Copy Centers made arrangements with FedEx to become a full service authorized FedEx shipping center at our Marshall Square Mall location (720 University Ave, Syracuse, NY). Our arrangement allows The Copy Centers to offer FedEx's full line of shipping services from FedEx Ground to FedEx Priority Overnight to Express International shipping.

The addition of FedEx full service shipping, in conjunction with the currently in place full service UPS shipping, allows The Copy Centers to give our customers greater flexiablility to select the carrier and service level to meet their specific shipping needs. To make it a complete one-stop shipping center, The Copy Centers also offers various shipping supplies such as brown boxes, packing "peanuts", bubble wrap, and padded envelopes. This allows The Copy Centers to accommodate most of the shipping needs of our customers.
