Copy Centers Offers DSL Broadband Internet Access
SYRACUSE,
NY, January 15, 2002 - - In an effort to meet increasing demands
for Internet access from our customers, The Copy Centers has
deployed high-speed broadband Internet access on all of its
on-site rental computers in its Marshall Square Mall location
(702 University Ave, Syracuse, NY).
For years,
The Copy Centers has offer computer rental service to its
customers. Both Macintosh and Windows platforms are offered
incorporating the latest technologies and all are pre-loaded
with popular desktop publishing and office productivity software.
To accommodate
the increase dependency and usage of the Internet of our customers,
The Copy Centers has deployed SDSL (Symmetrical Digital Subscriber
Line) connection, a high-speed digital connection, to the
Internet. ChoiceOne Communications has been chosen as the
vendor for The Copy Centers' DSL service.
With our
subscribed Internet connection speed of 384kbps for both upload
and download traffic, The Copy Centers is now able to offer
its customers the bandwidth they need to accommodate their
growing need to access more multimedia and content rich Internet
resources. The enhanced service is being offered to customers
at no additional charge. The Copy Centers has discontinued
all analog 56k Internet connection in its Marshall Square
Mall location and will used the newly installed DSL as its
primary gateway to the Internet. Not only will the newly installed
DSL connection offer advantages to the customers, the staff
of The Copy Centers will also enjoy increased productivity
and efficiency through the use of DSL.
