To
determine if your order has shipped, contact
us or your personal account representative. Your
account representative oversees the progress of your
printing order and will know its status.

do I track my order? |
You
can easily track
your packages online if you have the package tracking
numbers. Simply enter your package tracking numbers
on the corresponding carrier's online tracking tool
and you will be able to determine its location and target
delivery date.

| When
will my order arrived? |
| We
will make all attempts to have your order to you or to
your recipients at the time you specified when the order
was placed. Please note that in some instances, UPS®
or FedEx® will not deliver on weekends or holidays.
Also note, UPS Ground shipments may require up to 5 to
6 business days to deliver. Click

package.
We encourage our customers to use UPS
Ground shipping. While it does require more time to
deliver your packages, it can help significantly reduce
your shipping charges. Please take this into consideration
when specifying your deadline on your next order.
For our local customers, The Copy Centers
offers free in-house pickup and delivery of your order.
If your order was shipped and you have
not received it on the delivery date, contact
us or your account representative and we will investigate.

| Can
I cancel my order? |
Normally,
once the order is placed, there is very little time
to cancel as it is entered into our workflow process
the same day. If you need to cancel an order, contact
us or your account representative immediately. If
your order has already entered our workflow process,
you may be charged for the work already performed.
