much will my shipping charges be? |
| The
shipping cost depends on three factors: package weight,
destination, and service
level. The more your packages weigh, the farther they
need to go, and the faster you need them to get there
will all add to your final cost for shipping. It is difficult
to determine the cost of shipping until the packages are
ready to be shipped. The easiest way for you to incur
minimal shipping charges is to submit your order to us
as early as possible and request UPS® Ground shipping.
While UPS Ground and FedEx Ground may
required up to 5 to 7 days to deliver your packages,
it is the most economical. Click on one of the following

| When
will my order ship? |
We
make all attempts to have your order shipped and delivered
or ready for pick-up at the time you specified when
the order was placed. If we encounter problems while
processing your order which will affect your required
due date, we will contact you and request an extension.
In all cases, we will make all attempts to have your
order shipped and delivered by the original due date.

All applicable duties and taxes are billed directly
to you. Please contact
us or your account representative for possible limitations.

| Multiple
and partial shipment. |
| Many
print orders are shipped out in multiple packages. Please
check all the packages received to ensure that you have
received your order completely.
The Copy Centers can also partially
ship your order if your deadline is short. Instead of
waiting for your entire order to be completed before
it is shipped to you, you can request a partial shipment.
We can partially ship the completed portion of your
print order in a few days and have the remaining portion
of the order shipped at a later date. Sometimes, print
orders may require days or weeks to complete, depending
on the quantity and the complexity of the order. By
requesting a partial shipment, you can receive a portion
of your order earlier than the due date specified when
the order was placed.

Yes,
we ship to APO and FPO addresses via US Postal Service.
The delivery time by USPS to APO/FPO addresses vary
and it is out of our control, thus we are not able to
provide estimated transit time for your package.
