The Copy Centers offers many payment options, including convenient open accounts and credit cards. Please contact us when you are ready to place an order. Our team of sales representatives will set up the payment plan that best serves your business needs.

Open Account
The Copy Centers offer Net30 terms. To apply for an open account, download* and complete our Credit Application and return to The Copy Centers. Subject to approval.

Credit Cards

The Copy Centers accepts American Express®, Discover®, MasterCard® and Visa®.

C.O.D. (Cash)
Payment by Cash, Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Money Order is due on delivery of product.

C.O.D. (Check)
Payment is due on delivery of product. To pay by C.O.D Company Check, complete the Credit Application* form and return it to The Copy Centers. Subject to approval.

Prepayment
Prepayment in the form of a company check, personal check, cashier / certified check or money order accepted. Checks must receive bank clearance, which may take up to ten days.
